Egg Noodles with Mushroom Meatballs

Delicious Egg Noodles with Mushroom Meatballs topped with marinara sauce. Growing up, pasta was a staple in my family and the best was my grandmother’s spaghetti. It was amazing and this is my version of her spaghetti. She put mushrooms in the sauce. I decided to add chopped mushrooms to the meatballs and boy was this good!

1/2lb white button mushrooms (chopped small)
1/4 Medium red onion (chopped small)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Large egg (beaten)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1lb lean hamburger
1 jar Ragu Super Chunky Mushroom Pasta Sauce
12oz egg noodles
