Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Ingredients8 red potatoes ( medium )
8 tablespoons butter
to taste garlic powder
DirectionsBoil potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Place potatoes on baking sheet and smash with a potato smasher. Sprinkle each potato with salt and pepper and garlic seasoning. Top each with a tablespoon of butter and bake at 400 until crispy!
