This cookie will be a big hit with anyone who loves peanut butter and milk chocolate. A perfect combination! So simple to make and lovely to look at on your table, it makes a perfect dessert for any special celebration.

24-32 Hershey’s kisses milk chocolate candies
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Additional granulated sugar – you’ll roll the unbaked cookies in it!
