Toffee Brownie Brittle

Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup dark chocolate ( chopped, or chocolate chips, I used a combination 70% and 75% cocoa) )
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Heath toffee bits
