Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls in the Ninja

Cabbage Rolls have always been one of my favorites. Although this is the unbreaded version, this is a quick, healthy meal that I whip up using my Ninja.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 small cabbage, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup water
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. In the Ninja, brown the hamburger, with the onion & minced garlic. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook on stovetop medium until simmering. Reduce heat to stovetop low for about 40 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
