White Chocolate Drizzled Cherry Cookie

Yummy cookie with cherries and white chocolate. Really moist! :)

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups of maraschino cherries, sliced
1 ¼ cup cooking oats
4 ounce white chocolate baking bar
2 tablespoons shortening
