Summer in a glass! You’re going to love the fresh, summer flavors of this refreshing Coconut Peach Cooler!

1 ripe peach
1 cup 100% coconut water
1/4 cup white rum
peach slices and fresh mint sprigs to garnish ( optional )

Peel, pit and slice the peach. Place peach slices, coconut water and rum in a blender. Pour into 2 ice-filled glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices
