3 Ingredient Microwave Nacho Chili Dip

Great for parties or Mexican night. This three ingredient dip is fast, cheesy, and just plain delicious!

1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese (reduced fat is fine)
1 8 oz package of shredded Mexican or Cheddar Cheese
1 15 oz can of Chili ( Hormel, turkey no beans is our family's preference)
1 8 oz package of shredded Mexican or Cheddar Cheese
1 15 oz can of Chili ( Hormel, turkey no beans is our family's preference)
Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a large microwave safe plate. Pour chili over the cream cheese and sprinkle the cheese on top of that. Microwave on high until the cheese is melted and the center of the dip is heated. Serve with nachos.
Optional: top with chopped onions or green peppers.
