4th of July Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies. One half is chocolate chip dyed blue and the other half are red velvet dyed red. Put them together, dunk them in white chocolate and you have the red, white and blue all in one.

140g Butter, Melted
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp Cornflour
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Tbsp Red Food Colouring
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 - 2 Tsp Blue Food Colouring
150g White Chocolate, Melted

Place the brown sugar and icing sugar in a bowl and mix through the melted butter. Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Mix in the cornflour, flour and baking soda and mix until all combined...
