9 Layer Bean Dip

A delicious and healthy bean dip!

1 15 oz can black beans
1 5.3 oz container Stonyfield Greek plain yogurt
1 tomato
2 jalapenos
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 avocado, diced
¼ cup green onions, sliced
¼ cup sliced black olives
½ cup shredded lettuce
2 tablespoons milk
Place the beans, ½ container of yogurt, juice of 1 lime, 1 sliced jalapeno and cilantro in a food processor and process until smooth. If you prefer the dip to be milder, remove the seeds from the jalapeno. ...
