Light and airy cream puffs; perfection in a mouthful!

For the Choux Pastry:
1 cup or 130 grams all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup or 114 grams of butter
1 cup or 240 ml of water
4 large eggs

For the Pastry Cream:
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 vanilla pod + it\'s beans (or use 1 tbsp of pure vanilla extract)
6 egg yolks
1/2 cups of sugar
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp of flour
3 tbsp of corn starch
1 tbsp of icing sugar
