All-In-One Spinach, Artichoke & Bacon Dip

Spinach and artichoke dip with bacon, with the bread for dipping baked right into the dip!

12 frozen dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
4-5 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
4-5 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups Kraft Natural Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
