Hershey's Chocolate Cupcake Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup Hershey’s cocoa powder (I used special dark)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk (do not use skim or 1%)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Coconut Almond Buttercream Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup shortening
1 Tablespoon almond extract
2 Tablespoons coconut extract
2 pound bag powdered sugar
8 Tablespoons whole milk (do not use fat free)
Hershey’s Hot Fudge Topping
Shredded coconut (optional)
