Decadent chocolate chip pumpkin cupcakes with no eggs or butter in the batter.

For the cupcake:
1 cup canned pumpkin
1?3 cup oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup almond or soy milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

For the icing:
1 stick of butter at room temperature
8 oz (1 package) of cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
