Amanda's Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft, buttery, classic cookies studded with chocolate chips. You won't be able to stop at just one!

1 cup (2 sticks) room temperature butter (I used organic)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs (I used Egglands best)
dry ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour (I used unbleached)
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.
