Amazing Crock Pot Roast
303
Amazing flavor, and so simple! No salt needed here. In fact I make my own mixes which I include the recipes for all here as well and the less salt you use the better it is for you, using less salt in things is easy to get used to, I add more herbs and pepper and hardly use salt at all these days. You can add some small potatoes and carrots the last hour or 2 if you like and you have a meal in one

Ingredients:
Servings:
8
1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast, any kind
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix, dry
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix, dry
1/2 cup water
NOTE
Here are my mixes I use instead of store bought, it doesn't take that much longer to make these ahead, infact I have some stored on hand for lots of recipes and we like them better, I use even less salt than they call for and food tastes much better than before and we are feeling better.
