Amazing Sopapilla Cheesecake

A different spin on the traditional sopapilla dessert.

2 cans crescent rolls
2- 8oz blocks cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, melted
5 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar mixture
Preheat oven to 350. Unroll and spread 1 can of crescent rolls on the bottom of an un-greased 9x13 pan. You may have an extra one depending on the size of the crescent rolls. Press all the seams together. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then spread over the crescent roll crust. Unroll and spread remaining crescent rolls over cream cheese. Pour melted butter over the top and spread around to cover the entire top. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over entire crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top crust is a golden brown and the butter is absorbed.
