Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Every Christmas Holiday was made complete at my grandmother's house with a big bowl of her Ambrosia salad. We were all addicted to it and kept out spoons handy throughout the day so we each could walk by the kitchen and sneak a mouthful. Once I grew up and got a family of my own, I wanted to start making this delicious memory. Since my grandmother was no longer around, I combined a few recipes that I had found in magazines. After a few tries, I've ended up with this recipe.

2 pkg. Jell-O Pistachio instant pudding
1 Cans crushed pineapple w/ juice
2 Cans Very Cherry Fruit Cocktail w/ juice
2 Cups mini Marshmallows
1 Cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 Can navel oranges - drained
1/2 Cup flaked coconut
1 Tub Cool Whip
1 Cans crushed pineapple w/ juice
2 Cans Very Cherry Fruit Cocktail w/ juice

1 Tub Cool Whip
Mix first 7 ingredients together, in large bowl, until Jell-O is completely incorporated. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. ENJOY ;-)
