Brown sugar gives a deep, rich flavor to this sweet, simple pie that is a favorite Amish country recipe.

3 eggs, beaten
? cup white sugar
1 cup Domino® Pourable Light Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
? cup old-fashioned rolled oats
? cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 single unbaked pie shell
Ice cream, optional
? cup white sugar

Ice cream, optional
In a medium bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until the pie is cooked through.
Serve warm with ice cream.
