250 gms Amla
1 cup - Sugar
2 - Green chillies chopped
1 pod - Garlic finely chopped
1 - small Cinnamon stick
2 - dried Red chillies
2 - Bay leaves
1 tsp - Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
Method Wash Amla\\\'s and put them in the cooker with 1 1/2 cup of water, salt, cinnamon stick and bay leaves. Pressure cook till one whistle. Once cool, take them out on a plate and chop them in small peices. Put all the other ingredients in amla water and boil till it thickens. Lastly add the amla\\\'s and boil till all the water is absorbed. Store in the refrigerator once cool.
