2/3 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 C granulated (white) sugar
1/4 C light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C + 2 TBS all-purpose flour
2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2 C Andes Baking Bits
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 TBS butter
