Andhra Fish Fry

Fish fry is a very simple and easy fish fry recipe and if you are fond of seafood or fish, as fish is our family's favorite recipe, I am sure you are going to enjoy this fish fry recipe as this is curry type with less oil.

Fish slices-8 nos
Green chillies - 6 no. (slit lengthwise)
Curry leaves - 3
Onion - 1 large
Ginger and Garlic paste -11/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2tsp
Masala powder - 3 tsp
Coriander leaves - handful (chopped finely)
Oil - 7 tbsp
salt - to taste
Marinate the fish with a little salt and turmeric and keep it a side. Do not add too much salt to the fish.after 30 minutes wash fish thoroughly in water and keep a side. Medium Chop the onions and put them into a grinder and finely paste the onions and add ginger garlic paste, garam masala,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and grind it well. add salt as per taste and pour the entire mixture into the fish slices and add 2 tbsp oil and allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour.if the time is more the dish will be more delicious. take a pan and put it on medium flame and pour remaining oil and heat the oil.once the oil get heated add green chilli slices and curry leaves and pour all the marinate mixture into the pan and cook it in slow flame for 15 minutes by carefully turning fish pieces turn by other side until masala gets cooked and oil get coming from that . the dish is ready to serve with chopped coriander leaves on it.

Homemade Multigrain Bread

The combination of all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour make for a soft, delicious multigrain bread perfect for sandwiches. Once you start making your own bread at home, you may never go to the grocery store bread aisle again. This is a delicious sandwich bread that the whole family will enjoy. Soft like white bread, but with the added benefits of whole wheat flour. Allow your baked loaves to cool before slicing. You can store the extra loaf tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

2 cups milk
1 cup old fashioned oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
5 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons active dry yeast
2 eggs
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups all purpose flour
extra butter
1 tablespoons oats
