Notes: For a stronger lime flavor, add 1 teaspoon lime zest to the topping or the crust.

Crust

3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) butter
1 cup (4 -1/4 ounces) All-Purpose Flour
1 cup of circus animal cracker crumbs (like Barnum's Animals Crackers, NOT the colored chocolate covered ones)
1/2 cup (2 ounces) confectioners' sugar

Topping

4 large eggs
2 cup (14 ounces) granulated sugar
1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Garnish

1/2 cup Powdered sugar
