ANZAC stands for the "Australia New Zealand Army Corps. These traditional rolled oat cookies were originally sold during World War I in Australia and New Zealand to raise funds for the war effort. They are absolutely delicious, it's no wonder they were so popular! With ANZAC day approaching on April 25, it's great way to commemorate and remember all those who served and especially those who lost their lives in the war.
