For the Cake
1 cup butter ( softened )
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups flour

For the Topping
1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar
