This is my go-to meal for when I do not want to run to the store for a bunch of little ingredients. So what makes this meal so easy? It literally requires two ingredients! Yes, you read that right.. TWO! Luckily for my family with a toddler, we always have these two items on hand. Not only is is simple and requires no prep, it is absolutely delicious. You will not regret putting this recipe into your weekly dinner plans!

2 cups Apple Juice
1 tsp Pepper (optional)
