1 stick of butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups, peeled, diced apples (about 2 apples)
1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
