Lightly spiced apple cinnamon doughnut-like muffins topped with buttery cinnamon sugar.

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
3/4 tsp. salt
2 ½ c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. + 2 T. milk
2 T. non-fat Greek yogurt
1 c. diced apple (about 1 medium apple peeled, cored, and in small dice)
Topping
2 T. butter, melted
1/4 c. cinnamon sugar (1 T. ground cinnamon mixed with 3 T. granulated sugar)
