a fun fall twist on the classic graham cracker

2 - 2 1/2 cups of whole wheat or Graham flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick of butter {cut into tablespoon size pieces}
1/3 cup of honey {I used raw honey}
3/4 cup of applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla
