You will need:
3 cups peeled, cored, chopped apple- I used 1 giant fiji apple
1.5 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of oil- canola or veg.
1 tbs vanilla
3 cups flour
1tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
Brown sugar and nutmeg for sprinkling on top.
