Apple Cinnamon Sausage Balls

A delicious spin on a classic appetizer!

1lb sausage
3 cups biscuit/pancake mix (i.e. Bisquick, Krusteaz)
2 cups chopped apples (about 2 medium apples)
2 tsp cinnamon
Heat oven to 350. Mix the apples and cinnamon together until the apple pieces are well coated. Add to the sausage and mix until completely blended. Add the biscuit mixture a little at a time until the ingredients are completely blended. This mix wil be stickier than a regular sausage ball because of the apples. Shape into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes. Makes about 60 balls.
