Apple Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Chunks of apple and swirls of cinnamon in this quick bread that doesn't even need a mixer!

For the bread
3 cups Gala apples, diced (this was 2 large apples for me)
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup extra light olive oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the streusel
4 Tablespoons butter, softened (I used salted)
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 325 and lightly spray two 9x5 loaf pans with non-stick spray (I use Trader Joe's coconut oil spray). Set aside.
