A super easy coleslaw that can be adapted to fit your specific tastes! Lasts for at least 2 days in the fridge. I love make ahead salads that aren\'t soggy!!
1 package of coleslaw (about 16oz)
4 small apples, chopped (my favorite is Honey Crisp; Gala is good too)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
6 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste

Chop the apples into bit-sized pieces. Add the chopped apples into a large mixing bowl.
