These Apple Cranberry Crisp Pancakes are one of those recipes that just happened. There was no creative planning involved, just a kid asking her mom for “pancakes, you haven’t made them in forever”! So after being reminded that she “loves” them, I headed into the kitchen. Next thing I know, my oldest daughter comes in and asks if they are going to be “apple pancakes”, well no, they weren’t but then I suddenly remembered I had some leftover Slow Cooker Apple Cranberry Crisp in the refrigerator
3/4 cup milk
2 T white vinegar
1 cup flour
2 T sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 egg
2 T butter, melted
1/2 cup of Slow Cooker Apple Cranberry Crisp
