2/3 cup milk*
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 cup diced apple

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease muffin tins or prepare tin with cupcake wrappers.
