Apple Pie Crust Bites

Buttery, flakey, cookies made with apple pie crust and topped with apple pie filling.

Butter Crust
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2/3 cup COLD water

Apple Pie Topping
4-5 medium apples
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp lemon juice
