2 cups warm water
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons dry yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar

In large bowl combine water, dry milk, till milk dissolves.
Add yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg and 2 cups of flour.
Mix on low for 2 minutes, then on medium for 2 minutes.
Add remaining flour until dough is soft and not overly sticky.
Let dough rise in greased bowl till dough is doubled.
Roll out dough. Use pizza cutter or knife to cut into small pieces.
Drop small pieces in pie tins. Put on topping. Let rise again till double.
Topping options: jam and cream cheese drop small amounts on top of it.
Cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top.
Cinnamon and apple pie filling dropped on top.
Bake 375* for 12-15 min. Till light brown on top.
You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or with a frosting if desired.
