These easy, one-bowl breakfast cookies are made with oatmeal, apples, raisins and almond butter for a healthy, vegan breakfast, perfect for busy mornings!

¼ Cup Pure maple syrup
½ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ Cup Unsweetened apple sauce
1 Cup Quick oats (90g) (NOT rolled oats)
