Applebee's Blondies with a Twist

If you have ever been to Applebee's and had there Blondie's you know just how delicious they are. If you haven't trust me these will not let you down!

Blondie:
4 egg whites
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3/4 bag of white chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (add more or less depending on your liking)
Sauce:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. salt

Topping
Vanilla ice cream
chopped walnuts
