A crispy bed of greens and veggies topped with crispy, cornflake crusted chicken and a sweet oriental honey mustard dressing!

Honey Oriental Dressing:
3 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/8 tsp sesame oil
For the Salad:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 chicken breast
3 cups vegetable oil, for frying
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
1/2 cup chopped napa cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1 Tbsp sliced almonds
