A delicious healthy muffin perfect for breakfast or snack time.

1 cup old-fashioned oats (rolled oats)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup milk or buttermilk or milk of choice
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted
? cup sugar
¾ cup flour (can use whole wheat flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
