Asian Chicken Salad Pita Pocket

Green onions add the perfect bite to the savory chicken, bright oranges and citrus-y sesame dressing. This is one of THE tastiest 21 day fix lunches ever!

3/4 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup oranges, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tbs Asian Citrus Vinaigrette
1/2 whole wheat pita

21 Day Fix Asian Citrus Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbs reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ground ginger)
1/4 sesame oil
1.Whisk dressing ingredients until emulsified. 2.Mix together all filling ingredients including 2 tablespoons of the dressing. Using a slotted spoon, fill the pita half with your filling and enjoy!
