Asian Sesame Chicken Salad

The salad was light and refreshing, I really liked the dressing.

Green leaf lettuce
1/2 bag baby spinach, cleaned
1 cup leftover rotisserie chicken
For the chicken marinade:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the dressing:
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Salad toppings:
1 navel orange, chopped
fried tortilla strips
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
½ red pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 bag baby spinach, cleaned
1 cup leftover rotisserie chicken

Whisk together chicken marinade ingredients, and marinate chicken for 15 minutes. Reheat in microwave for 2 minutes.
