Asian Sesame Crock Pot Steak

This is an awesome combo of slow cooker steak and a bit of Asian taste, all combined to make an amazingly tender and delicious steak.

1 large rib eye steak, around 1 lb
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced onion
3/4 tap ground ginger
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Place rib eye in bottom of slow cooker.
Mix honey, soy sauce and spices together. Spoon mixture over steak. Cook on low for 2 hrs.
When ready to serve, slice and spoon sauce over the meat.
