Asparagus Prosciutto Salad

ingredients:
2 bunches of asparagus
4 slices prosciutto
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
30 grams cheese
How to make: 1. Discard the hard part of the asparagus and boil for 1 minute, remove and insert in ice water. Drain. Arrange in a serving dish. 2. Bake prosciutto over hot grill for 2 minutes until very crisp. Chill. 3. Whisk oil, tarragon vinegar and poppy seeds in a jam jar lid tightly. Pour dressing to the asparagus and sprinkle with crumbled prosciutto on it. Shaved cheese on top of salad with a knife or vegetable peeler and serve immediately.
