Aunt Bee's Favorite Pecan Pie Cheesecake

My sister made this TO DIE FOR Pecan Pie Cheesecake for Thanksgiving that put the Cheesecake Factory to shame!!!! I mean what could be better than Pecan Pie AND Cheesecake on the same plate??? That's right. Nothing. It turned out so amazing that she offered to take some photos of it for the blog. I can not wait to make this for Christmas!!!!

For the Crust:
1-3/4 cups vanilla wafers, ground into crumbs
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup butter
For the Pecan Filling:
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cheesecake Filling:
3 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Garnish:
1 13.4 oz can of Nestle Dulche De Leche (on the baking aisle near the sweetened condensed milk)
3/4 cup pecan halves
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons water
For the Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the vanilla wafer crumbs and brown sugar. Add the melted butter, stirring to combine. Press evenly into bottom and up the side of a 9-inch springform...
