Aunt Bee's Honey Dijon Glazed Roasted Chicken

When I look back and think of all the huge, expensive packs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts we went through for casseroles when we first got married, I just cringe. There is a time and place for buying and using a pre-skinned, boned chicken breast, but it is NOT for a casserole. Even my husband who 'doesn't like dark meat' eats it in casseroles. 3 TBSP mayonnaise

3 TBSP honey
