Just because you are trying to eat healthy doesn't mean you have to eat blandly. I love eggs and could easily eat half a dozen every day, however, that wouldn't bode well for my health. This is one of my favorite ways to eat eggs, plus get in a a big serving of vegetables. Plus, if you make it in the microwave, it will take less than 5 minutes!

3 egg whites
1 Tablespoon skim milk
1/2 avocado, chopped into small pieces
1/3 cup salsa (such as Jared's Homemade Salsa)
1 Tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Place egg whites in a bowl sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in milk and mix well. Place bowl in microwave and heat for 60 seconds. Stir, and microwave for 60 more seconds or until eggs are full...

1 cup Pomegranate ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized pomegranate )
1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )
1 cup Pineapple ( Don't add the pineapple bark into the mix )
1 cup Banana ( Without the peel )
1 slice Ginger
1

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
