2 pieces of avocado butter , dredge
2 packets of gelatin powder green
1000 ml of liquid milk
150 grams of sugar
2 egg whites , beaten stiff
Green dye to taste
Caramel Pudding :
75 grams sugar
3 tablespoons water
2 packets of gelatin powder white
1200 ml of water
150 grams of sugar
2 egg whites , beaten stiff
Avocado pudding : the avocado in a blender until smooth , set aside. Boil gelatin , milk , and sugar to the boil , add the green dye . Remove and insert avocado , stir quickly . Mix the gelatin mixture into the egg whites and stir well . Pour into glasses , refrigerate .
