Refreshing and easy to prepare low carb salad.

18 oz. romaine lettuce
1/2 avocado, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup low carb vinaigrette dressing
Toss lettuce, avocado, celery, cucumber and walnuts together in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing when serving.
